The Setra Quick Count is a moderately-priced, easy to use counting scale that still boasts the extremely high accuracy inherent in Setra's proprietary variable capacitance ceramic load cell.
With exceptional accuracy, high counting capacity and large LCD display, the Quick Count is a perfect option for small count weighing. The accuracy monitor enables the supervisor to select special settings that check the sampling process. The scale can alert the operator if the number of pieces used in the sample is too small.
The simple, six key design makes the scale easy to master within a few minutes. The touch of a button can display any of 6 different weighing units immediately.
The Programmable RS-232 output allows the scale to easily output information to either a computer or a thermal label printer (not included). With ScriptCoder, up to 10 custom label designs with barcodes can be printed on a thermal label printer. Bidirectional data communications allow piece weights and commands to be downloaded from a computer.
The stability indicator displays an OK icon, confirming that the scale is stable and that measurements are accurate.
The Quick Count Scales have an internal counting resolution to 1 part in 500,000. The display update rate is selectable; up to 5 times per second.
Quick Count scales come with a Two Year Warranty and can be serviced on-site by an Authorized Setra Service Technician.
