The AJ Series Milligram Balance from SummitMeasurement.net is a high quality Tuning Fork balance that is NTEP approved to 0.01g, but has a displayed resolution of 0.001g (milligram).
The AJ320 is NTEP Class ll approved to .01g, which makes it compliant in gold and jewelry applications. It is also approved for the counting feature for prescription filling.
This series features tuning fork technology, which means it does not have a traditional strain gauge loadcell. The tuning fork technology found in the AJ Series and all the VIBRA range is in our opinion a huge step forward in terms of reliability, stability, and overall functionality. The tuning fork allows for instant use, eliminating painfully inconvenient warm-up times. This is a high quality balance MADE IN JAPAN!
