with an upgraded main processor chip that allows for the weight-lock
mode. This weight-locking mode allows the scale to lock the weight of
the student upon stability, and beeps at you signaling the weigh-in
value- displaying for an additional 3 seconds. Because of this upgraded
feature, the scale is no longer technically NTEP WHY? but is still the same quality as it's brother- the APM3CSE portable NTEP wrestling scale.
