The PS2 Ultra is a Stainless Steel, Washdown bench scale that is great for food or sanitary applications where harsh washdown conditions exist. It takes washdown protection to a new level with it's fully welded and hermetically sealed stainless steel load cell for heavy washdown applications, as well as a specially designed food safe open pillar design. It offers IP 68 protection in an easy to clean format with the Sani-Spray platter and base structure. This is great for food production, and other messy environments. Can withstand hot water, steam, chemicals during cleanup, as well as the high pressure water jets used in food production facilities. The platform size is 11 x 13 x 3.7", ideal for portion control or food packing. The platter has rounded corners to protect staff from injury and avoid snagging packages. A rechargeable battery keeps the unit working for a minimum of 100 hours without recharging, making it ideal for facilities operating continuous shift work.
