Straightpoint INSIGHT Load Cell Software

Now you can connect up to 126 Straightpoint Load Cells simultaneously onto any Windows tablet or laptop with Straightpoint INSIGHT Software and an SW-D USB Wireless Dongle.

The system is designed specifically for use when large industrial items such as absorbers, generators, turbines, reactors, boilers, towers, locomotives, boats, military equipment or offshore industry parts such as oil rigs and production platforms have to be moved. Heavy lift companies need large capacity load cells and easy to use software to quickly report weight and center of gravity. For many heavy lift projects there is an absence of standardization which requires individual transport planning. With a range of tension or compression load cells and this software,Straightpoint's commitment to the heavy lift industry is second to none.

INSIGHT software has four important features:

Multi Channel display and data logging mode allows you to view and log data from any connected load cells plus totals live on screen and directly into a .csv file for later analysis at speeds of up to 200 Hz.
Visualization mode. You can import a photo of complicated lifts and drag and drop load cell displays.
Center of Gravity Mode allows you to connect to Straighpoint's range of Wireless Compression load cells and use this feature to calculate center of gravity.
Proof Load Testing. Real-time graphing of load test and auto-generated test certificates.

INSIGHT software is supplied with a USB Dongle (thumbdrive) included. Extra dongles available for purchase separately.
