The Valor 3000 Xtreme is a rugged high performance portable stainless steel compact scale that is ideal for any kitchen because it is versatile yet easy to use. It offers high precision and durability. as well as water resistance. Valor Xtreme offers resolutions up to 40000 d as well as user adjustable stability, filtering and auto zero settings for operation in drafty and unstable environments. The Valor 3000 extreme is the highest precision scale in its class It has overload protection up to ten times capacity. The removable stainless steel weighing pan is easy to clean. The bright backlit LCD display is easy to read. Simple text guides the user through setup and application for ease of use. When developing this product OHaus sought to develop the most durable and portable portioning product available in the marketplace. Both the top and bottom housings are made of T304 Stainless Steel. The washdown model sold here is NEMA 4X/IP65 water resistant as well as USDA-AMS accepted, NSF certified and it will support a HACCP certified system. The wide adjustable feet ensure the scale does not slip during wet applications. The scale is easy to clean at a time when sanitation and hygiene is more important than ever.

This Valor is the ideal choice for more demanding applications in food processing. The scale is packed with advanced features that will help boost productivity in any food environment. Use the percentage weighing mode for mixing ingredients, compounding and comparing weight of a sample as percentage of a reference weight, quick portioning and preparing multiple samples of the same size. The Valor 3000 can automatically compute Baker's percentages for faster food processing. It can also calculate specific gravity for materials testing and checking aeration of mixes.
